The module automatically retrieves Pay. payments and matches them with outstanding invoices in Exact Online. Additionally, the integration supports different revenue groups, keeping your administration well-organized.

The functionalities of the Pay. Exact Online integration

  • Export existing Pay. payouts (clearings) to Exact Online.
  • Automatic booking at 100% match.
  • Select the sales journal where the bookings should be recorded.
  • Select the default general ledger account for debtors, costs, and payouts.
  • Select revenue groups: Do you only want to synchronize payouts for specific revenue groups? If so, select the revenue groups. Ensure that you have also enabled the 'Payout per revenue group' option in your Pay. account's clearing settings.
  • Select Exact Online administration: The administration where the bookings are created.
  • Select bank journal: Choose the bank journal where the invoice payments should be recorded.
  • Select the default general ledger account for debtors.
  • Select the default general ledger account for Payment Service Provider costs.
  • Select the default general ledger account for payouts.
  • Specify whether to create new relations in Exact Online if they do not exist. If you choose 'No', the relevant booking lines will be booked to the 'General Ledger Account: Unassigned'.
  • If you want to book all orders to a standard debtor in Exact Online, enter the code of the standard debtor here.
